Author: Andy Puddicombe.

Summary: Let Andy Puddicombe, registered Clinical Consultant, former Buddhist monk show you how to take 10 minutes and get some headspace. There’s no chanting, no sitting cross-legged, and no need for any particular beliefs. This easy to learn skill can bring about life changing results.  In my opinion this is the finest book to start making improvements to your life.  Highly recommended.

Summary: This 68 page book on mindfulness explains what mindfulness is and how you can quite quickly and easily begin to incorporate mindfulness in to your life. There are mindful meditations which will help you to focus and some real case histories which you may be able to associate with. You may be amazed at how much happier, more relaxed and fulfilled you can feel.

Author: Stephanie Clement.

Dr Stephen Simpson has put together a terrific read and a very practical guide to improvement.
